All 561 Scoop partnerships operate on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods. Either party may cancel the partnership at any time by providing written notice (email is sufficient) before the next billing cycle.
Your partnership begins on the date your first payment is processed through Stripe and renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
Your rate is locked at the price in effect when you sign up. We believe in rewarding early partners - the rate you start with is the rate you keep, unless we notify you of a change.
If we need to adjust pricing:
All payments are processed through Stripe. Invoices and receipts are provided automatically.
Your sponsorship package includes specific content deliverables (Instagram features, blog posts, Stories, email sponsorships, or a custom bundle) as outlined at the time of purchase.
Deliverables are scheduled and published according to the 561 Scoop's editorial calendar. We aim to deliver all content within the billing period it was purchased for. Exact publish dates are at our editorial discretion to ensure the best audience engagement for your feature.
Before publishing any sponsored content featuring your business, we will share a draft for your review.
We accommodate reasonable revision requests. Revisions are limited to factual corrections and preference adjustments - we retain creative control over tone, format, and editorial voice to ensure consistency across our brand.
Ownership: All content created by The 561 Scoop (including but not limited to Instagram posts, blog articles, email features, and Stories) is owned by The 561 Scoop.
Partner Reuse License: You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reuse any 561 Scoop content that features your business on your own marketing channels (your website, social media, email, and in-store displays). When reusing content, please credit The 561 Scoop (e.g., "As featured by @the561scoop").
This reuse license remains in effect even after your partnership ends - content you were featured in is yours to reference and reshare.
By entering into a partnership, you agree that The 561 Scoop may list your business as a partner or client in our marketing materials, on our website, and in conversations with prospective partners.
If you provide a testimonial or review of the partnership experience, we may use it (with your name and business name) in our promotional materials. You may request removal of a testimonial at any time by emailing us.
Partners are encouraged (but not required) to offer an exclusive deal or perk for 561 Scoop readers. This could be a discount, freebie, or special offer that makes your feature even more compelling to our audience.
Perks are promoted in your content features and in our Perks directory. You control the terms of your perk and may update or remove it at any time by emailing us.
The 561 Scoop maintains full editorial independence. Sponsorship does not guarantee a specific editorial angle, ranking, or comparison with other businesses. Sponsored content is clearly identified as such in accordance with FTC guidelines.
We reserve the right to decline or end a partnership with any business whose products, services, or conduct do not align with our community values or editorial standards.
Either party may cancel at any time. To cancel, send an email to the561scoop@gmail.com before your next billing date.
The 561 Scoop provides content creation and audience exposure. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, foot traffic, or follower growth resulting from sponsored content.
Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the current billing period. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this partnership.
We collect your business name, contact name, email address, and payment information solely for the purpose of managing your partnership and delivering your content. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued participation in the partner program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
